  Stimulating Vital Energy: Ki Acupressure

John Kozinski offers an intuitive form of Ki Acupressure that employs a technique that he calls ‘feeling for ki’. ‘Feeling for ki’ is a technique by which the practitioner assesses the pressure point’s or meridian’s degree of tension and then automatically adjusts his finger pressure perfectly to dissolve the stress in that area, freeing the energy to move and circulate throughout the whole system. An additional part of this technique involves intuitive energy adjustments, supplying energy to weak areas of the body and/or dispersing stagnant energy from blocked areas.

The ‘feeling for ki’ adjustments require a high degree of sensitivity in the practitioner. John has developed this kind of sensitivity through years of practicing a natural and macrobiotic way of life and personal ki development. John will also, as part of the treatment, offer simple macrobiotic diagnosis insights, food or lifestyle suggestions or corrective exercise, depending on the needs of the person.

Qigong Immune Strengthening Exercise Lessons

Immune strengthening exercises or Qigong are a combination of gentle stretches and body movements along with the use of the breath and simple visualizations. This type of exercise has been practiced for the relief of illness in China for over 2000 years. Chinese exercises, if learned correctly, dramatically enhance the immune function which will strengthen the organs and systems that are weak. John teaches a powerful immune boosting style that is easy to learn. John has studied with expert immune strengthening exercise instructers :Bruce Frantzis, the author of "Opening the Energy Gates", Jiang Jian-Ye of Capital Tai Chi, John Alton, author of "Unified Fitness", and Buddy Trip of Dragon Gate Internal Arts.
