John was a senior faculty member at the international Kushi Institute for macrobiotic education from 1986-2013. He has been in private practice for over 40 years. John is the former director of the Middletown, Connecticut macrobiotic center 1981-1992. He is a healthcare teacher, counselor, researcher, author, lecturer, shiatsu teacher, qigong and somatic exercise teacher and somatic acupressure practitioner. John teaches and counsels monthly in Massachusetts, New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut, USA.
Training Program Introduction:
IDx Diagnosis®+Nutrition Health Coach Training Certificate Program is online and in person instruction designed for health care practitioners, educators and the general public. Doctors, acupuncturists, nutritionists and other alternative medicine teachers can learn a unique healthcare practice called the Full Spectrum Macrobiotic Approach and IDx Diagnosis®. This is an east west approach to noninvasive diagnosis techniques to guide your understanding of your health and what to recommend for each individual client according to their personal needs and preferences. The Full Spectrum Macrobiotic Approach instruction helps take the confusion out of diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.
