Father's Day Sunday June 19th -  Men’s Health and Myths
with
John Kozinski.
6 pm - 7 pm Free
free and open to the public, in the lobby of the lodge.

It is misleading for long term health to follow trends that promote the idea that one’s diet and lifestyle must be Spartan to be healthy - avoiding all good tasting foods, never touching a drink, etc. In all things, the truth is usually somewhere in the middle.

On Father’s Day we look at key areas of concern in men’s health including hormonal (sexual health) and heart disease. John Kozinski, MEA will explain diet and lifestyle practices to help keep men healthy based on 40 years of experience working with men to self-heal, and maintain good health and energy.

Topics include:
  • Why the right kind of fats are healthy
  • Why science has reversed its position due to new findings that cholesterol rich foods are good for men
  • What nutrients protect health
  • Which popular dietary practices are bad for health and which are good
  • Lifestyle practices for optimum male health
  • The benefits of supplements and herbs for self-healing and health maintenance

John Kozinski is a natural heath teacher, health counselor, researcher and author since 1976. He has a private health practice www.macrobiotic.com and taught at a natural health institute for 27 years.

Lecture Title: Nutritional Wealth, Health, Healing and Balance In Life with John Kozinski

Modern approaches to healing disease either have you rely only on medical treatments or go on extreme natural diets that limit many categories of foods so that you’re depleted of nutrients. Food plays an important role in healing. It is crucial that you get maximum nutrition when dealing with serious disease such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and other health issues. Maximum nutrition or nutritional wealth is also important for the prevention of disease.

In this class, you will learn how to foster healing and disease prevention through a natural full spectrum longevity or macrobiotic approach to diet and lifestyle by John Kozinski, an experienced health expert counselor and teacher of 40 years. Discover the best practices that give you the most support to create sustainable health and foster healing from disease.

You will learn - How to avoid nutritional poverty and support nutritional wealth, which lifestyle practices support health and healing, how to understand how sickness develops and how to prevent illness, the body/mind connection to health, illness, healing and much more.

Available in Swansea and Boston area for health counseling, Qigong, Ki Acupressure-Shiatsu and Private Education Sessions from September 4-8, 2015  Call for details and appointments 413-623-5925
